Well, this pup-friendly chicken sausage mini crustless quiche recipe mixes some of your dog’s favorite food such as sausages, peppers, and of course cheese. I guarantee your dog will jump into your arms and give you that thanking lick if you know what I mean!
Ingredients
- 1 chicken sausage link, cut in cubes
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1Oz / 33gr finely chopped leaf cabbage
- 2.2 Oz / 65gr cup shredded mozzarella/cheddar cheese
- 8 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup milk
Preparation
- Pre-heat oven to 350F /175C degrees
- In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients: eggs, milk, the sausage, the pepper, the cabbage, and the cheese.
- Lightly grease 24 mini muffin cups and divide the mixture among cavities (two groups can be done in a 12-cavity muffin tin).
- Bake at 350F/175C degrees for about 20 minutes or so until the quiches turn golden and firm in the center.
- Set aside to cool off for a few minutes before clearing the quiches from muffin tins and leave them cool down entirely on wire racks.
